Bards are a specialized sort of Rogue. They have some of the skills of other thieves, but they concentrate more on other skills that pertain to presentations and entertaining others.
In the Western World Bards are seen merely as entertainers by many people. Worthy of listening to for songs or legends but not leaders in the world. In the Celtic World Bards take on a much greater responsibility in many of the communities as leaders, educators and historians.
